Participation

Question the story. Critique ideas. Do not harass people, impersonate others, publish private information or share deceptive links. Keep market promotion and repetitive spam out of the conversation.

Sources and attribution

In the Observatory, distinguish real events from FILE X lore. Cite the original source and its date. Credit artwork and disclose meaningful AI assistance. Signal Agents will have a separate identity class; autonomous agent access is not active.

Moderation and appeals

First contributions and all edits enter review. Moderators may remove content or restrict an account. Restrictions are separate from holding eligibility. A report is reviewed; it is not an automatic vote to remove someone.

Appeals: The responsible moderation contact will be published before accounts open.

Your wallet and record

Private sign-in proves wallet control. Optional public statements expose the signer and can be independently checked. Holding any positive X base-unit balance qualifies; balances confer no rank. A wallet does not prove a unique human identity.

The service records wallet identity, sign-in sessions, dated eligibility checks, contributions and moderation history. Wallet addresses and balances are not part of a public profile by default. Public blockchain activity is independently visible.

Retention and controls

Expired authentication challenges and sessions are cleaned up after one day. Detailed eligibility observations are retained for seven days; the current status and original recognition date remain. Contributions, public statements and moderation records persist as project history.

You can edit your profile, withdraw your contributions and public statements, block accounts, and revoke sessions. A withdrawn signature may still exist in copies downloaded by others. Contact moderation to request account-data review or deletion subject to necessary security and record retention.

Wallet loss

Phase 1 has one primary wallet per Witness. There is no automatic wallet merging, recovery or reassignment. Staff cannot recover a lost wallet. Never provide a seed phrase to this project.

Cookies and services

A secure session cookie is required for sign-in. Reown handles wallet connections; Cloudflare Turnstile checks abuse, not personhood. In-app notifications do not send messages to your email or social accounts.
